I won a game in one of his auctions (Bloody Wolf for TG16) and sent out a money order. I talked to him in chat one day and he said that he has received the money and that he will send out soon.
Some time passes and I get a little concerned. I email him, with no response. I emailed him again a few days ago, telling him the situation and that if I don't see some response or effort soon, I would file a BTR.
I get an email back saying that he has been on vacation for 10 days and he was moving and that he currently couldn't find the game, and he also said I took a long time to pay.
I didn't take a long time to pay, and in fact, bought a money order and sent within 5 days tops after I had his address--if the mail is slow, that isn't my fault. Also, if he was on vacation and moving, I think you should a) tell the trader that you are; b) not trade at all; or c) send before you do go on vacation/move.
Although he says he will ship out as soon as he finds the game, I am uncertain if he will (find and/or send the game), seeing how things have gone so far, and the fact that another trader has had a problem with him (Kaosu, see his other BTR)
Hopefully I will get my game, and if I do, this BTR will be taken down. But as of now, it stands.

UPDATE 1/24/02
After talking with him in chat, he has found the game. I asked that he ship it out, since the original deal was $5 for the game, and he REFUSES! He refused sending the game even though I already paid for it and that's what the deal was! He says he would only give me a refund, and then he goes on to say that he doesn't think I should get a refund, since I refused it. I only refused the refund because I wanted the game, and now that he has found it, he won't send. Not only that, but now he's basically saying he isn't sending me anything, because he will only give a refund (not the game) and I refused the refund, so I get nothing.

UPDATE 7/05/02
That's right...It's July and he continues to promise to send money or the game or both. Now he says he has lost the game again. At this point, I don't expect my money to ever arrive, as he has said umpteen times he will send a money order out soon. In the unlikely chance that I get my money, I will take this BTR down.

UPDATE 10/25/02
Yep, it's October and still no M/O. He hasn't logged in since September though, so it is not like I expect to see my money again. Anywho, I will take this BTR down when I receive compensation.

UPDATE 3/05/04
Just an update to show that the "money order" still has not been received.

This user is a total rip-off. His attitude and demeanor are sickeningly cruel and obnoxious. Do NOT deal with this horrible and evil trader * angry *

DDR_Freek_Geno held an auction over a month ago, in which many gametz users, including me, bid on and won games and other gaming accessories he had up for auction. I, and the others, sent in payment after we emailed each with information to make a trade. I sent out the money order soon thereafter, and haven't received the game.
I logged on Sunday, October 28 after getting home from vacation to find that other users had had the same thing happen to them. Realizing I most likely was not going to get my game, the other gametzers and I all are filing bad trade reports on this loser of a user. Although thankfully my bid was rather low ($7), others may have had much higher bills to pay. It doesn't matter if the trade was 1 cent or 1 thousand dollars, if you don't follow through, you have to pay the consequences. Unfortunately, I no longer have the emails from this jerk because aol deletes all emails after 30 days, and since this auction ended over a month ago, the emails from me and DDR_Freek_Geno have been deleted. Don't trade with this loser user...EVER.

I traded my Dragon Warrior Monsters for her copy of Theme Park World. Everything was going good, until I got the game. The game, which was listed as very good condition and she told me there were "some scratches", was far from very good condition. The CD case had stickers and remnants of stickers. The instructions were worn, bent, folded, and had stains. The CD, in the worst condition, had very many scratches, scratches so bad the CD wouldn't work. I emailed her for an explanation, and she wrote these exact words back (this is the full email): "it works, it's not scrached to sh*t house! and the manual and that doesn't matter if they have stickers, I got told that by someone on the chat, I wouldn't have traded it otherwise!
I said ther were scratches, but they dont stop the game from working at all!" (I bleeped the cuss word-she didn't). I emailed her back twice more, but with no response. I tried to copy the game's files onto my computer, but the cd drive on my computer couldn't read half of the files because of the scratches, many of which were large and important files. This trader lied about the condition of her game, not to a small degree, but to a very large degree (listed as very good means looks and plays good...this didn't look good at all and didn't even work.) Stay away from this Wicca_Witch2000 indeed, as her games are not what they are advertised to be...
