I lent him $50 Paypal in July, he was to pay on July 21st. I've been more than patient with him on this. He contacted me once shortly after I filed Paypal complaint saying he would pay but I've heard nothing since. Paypal decided that the complaint was in my favor but the money's not in his account. You can feed me any sob story you want Bob, but there's no excuse for this crap. I am extremely frustrated, get it together and let me know what's going on. My patience and understanding with this has run dry. This will go down when/if I ever get my money back.
