| Username: SonyGameCube Email: therealfarquat@aol.com Address: | Status: active Created: January 12, 2002 at 11:13pm (EST) Our original deal was I would go out and buy the PS2 game JAK & DAXTER and Mike would give me one of his 2 Dreamcast's for it. I sent out about 3 weeks before X-mas. When Mike got back from vacation he told me that he would send me the Dreamcast ASAP and by Priority Mail. I wrote up one BTR already, then I took it down because I got a response from Mike. I wrote the BTR up because I hadn't had a response from Mike for over 2 weeks and I knew that my package to him had already been delivered to him. Once I got a response from him, I took the BTR down. We agreed that he would send me the Dreamcast system with insurance, tracking, and Priority Mail. Mike said he sent out the Dreamcast by Priority Mail on the 28th of December. It is now the 12th of January and I still have not received the Dreamcast. When I talked to Mike a couple of days ago, I ask him if he had sent out the package with Priority Mail. He told me that he did not, but he sent out the Dreamcast with FIRST CLASS mail and NO INSURANCE and NO TRACKING. When I had asked him why he did not send on what we had agreed on, I never got a response from him. He assures me that he sent it. Until I get it I am going to leave this BTR up. I WILL REMOVE THIS BTR WHEN I RECEIVE THE DREAMCAST! I e-mailed Mike today (1/15/02) and I stated to him that he has 3 choices on what he can do to compensate for me not ever getting the Dreamcast. I explained to Mike that he can either give me the $50 to compensate for Jak & Daxter, he can send me back Jak & Daxter, or he can send me another Dreamcast and that if I were to ever get the one that he originally "sent" me, that I would send the other one back to him. I told Mike that I will take legal action if he does not do something about this incident. Today is January 24th, 2002. I e-mailed Mike and asked him once again to reply back to me and either send me another Dreamcast, send me $50 to compensate for Jak & Daxter, or send me back Jak & Daxter. I took notice that his last sign on to GameTZ was on the 22nd of January 2002. I assume that he checked his e-mail. He either didn't reply back to the e-mails that i had sent him or he deleted them. Instead he tells me that my game does not work and will not send it back (great logic for a dumbass...what do you expect) Anyways, I told him he had 2 weeks to send them back or else he is dead meat.
