I sent first because he had more trades. A couple days later, I received an email from GameTZ about having a pending trade with a person with a BTR. I didn't wan to jump to cnclusions so I emailed him and told him that if he dares to rip me off, he is done on the site. Then he emails me back and just cusses me out. Then the next day I get an email from him, it was a different address, and it was a virus. The butt munch didn't realize that hotmail scans all outgoing attachments for viruses before they are sent, so I got an email from hotmail saying that an email with a virus has been sent to you, blah blah blah. So I email him on that, he said his computer is infected with a virus and is sending them to people on his email list. Yeah right. Well now he has like 3 BTRs. And I am going to contact the Moorpark Police on this. I am also filing mail fraud. I am also mentioning the other victims of this person in the police and mail reports. The deal was My Resident Evil: Code Veronica X and Devil May Cry for his Grand Theft Auto 3. I had less trades than him so I sent first. I sent my games a day or two afterwards. After he said he received them, he said he sent his. I am still waiting for them. He said he sent Priority Mail so it should have been here by now. This past 2 weeks or so, I have been telling him on a day to day basis that I haven't received anything yet. He said that the mail is slow because of 9/11, which I kind of believed because all mail has been slow, So I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I told him that when I get it I will check the date on it to see when he really sent it. He Agreed that was a good idea. It is now almost a week later and I haven't received anything yet. Also I sent him another email with the Return Receipt. he didn't respond, not even the email came back saying he seen it. also he hasn't been online in a while. I think he is trying to avoid me. The deal was my Diablo 2 (PC) for his PS2 Halflife. Because I had less trades than him at the time, I sent first. Now I have more trades and he is still at the same 7 trades as before. I have not received Halflife for PS2 yet. Hope things work out for you. <endmessage> To recap, We made a deal over a month ago. I sent first. I emailed him and he responded back saying he would send next business day via priority mail. After that I couldn't get in touch with him. I emailed an old trading partner of his and he said that he sent fast with him, but because he had more trades.
