| Username: MaxxPlaya Email: Interceptionking@yahoo.com Address: 7101 Tiant Way, Elk Grove, California 95758 | Status: active Created: November 26, 2007 at 2:09am (EST) Edited: December 17, 2008 at 1:11am (EST) UPDATE! GameTZ member MaxxPlaya contacted me Tuesday, December 16th, 2008. He wishes to mend the error of his ways, make good for the items he took, and regain his status as an active, trusted, and valued member of this site. Naturally, I jumped at the chance to work with him. With any luck, we'll finally complete this trade. It may have taken over one full year, but some things are just worth the wait. He should have given me: The Ninja Warriors Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only). Super Street Fighter II Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only). I gave him: Demon's Crest Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only). Knights Of The Round Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only). We agreed I would send first. To reduce unnecessary shipping costs, each of us would use United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Because of his impressive 45 trades, I didn't specify a tracking number as mandatory. Nevertheless, I purchased USPS Delivery Confirmation for my half of the trade: partially to show my honesty and integrity, and partially to insure my own reputation, should something unexpected happen. Because the USPS was closed in observance of Veteran's Day, I fulfilled my portion of the agreement Tuesday, November 13th, 2007. My USPS Delivery Confirmation number was sent via e-mail the very same day (USPS Delivery Confirmation number: 0303 3430 0000 3666 1956). Along with providing the trade's updated status, I asked MaxxPlaya if he would ship his half of the trade early, before receiving my half. I used the USPS Delivery Confirmation number as a testament to my character, assuring that he'd receive my half -- as described, as promised -- within the week. I wanted him to ship his half of the trade earlier than scheduled in hopes of receiving it before Thursday, November 22nd, 2007: Thanksgiving Day. MaxxPlaya gladly agreed to my request, and promised to send immediately. Days passed, and each time I'd run across MaxxPlaya in the GameTZ chat room, he'd repeatedly tell me he hadn't sent yet, but promised to do so tomorrow. I honestly believed him, and continued to give him ample shipping time. Unfortunately, "tomorrow" never arrived. When he received my half of the trade on Friday, November 16th, 2007, all communication from MaxxPlaya immediately ended. I've repeatedly attempted to confer with him via both e-mail and the messages in our pending GameTZ trade. How unfortunate that what seemed to be such a good trade has turned out -- so far -- very poorly. It has been well over two weeks, and he STILL has not replied. I fear the worst, and untill I either receive reputable information that he's shipped his half of the trade, or my merchandise in full, this Bad Trader Report will remain. We can still end this amicably, MaxxPlaya. I sincerely hope to quickly remove this ugly stain on your GameTZ reputation. Talk with me. Work with me. Let's finish this trade. Reported By: Noid | |||

Sunset Riders Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only). Super Bonk Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Cartridge Only). I gave him: Guardian Heroes Sega Saturn (Disc Only). Panzer Dragoon Sega Saturn (Disc Only). Soviet Strike Sega Saturn (Disc Only). Virtual On: Cyber Troopers Sega Saturn (Disc Only). We agreed that I would send first. Each of us was to send by United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail, and include U.S.P.S. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. On the same day of sending the items, we were to exchange U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation numbers via e-mail. That way, we could track each other's items. I fulfilled my portion of the agreement, and e-mailed him my U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number the day I mailed my payment (U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number: 0302 2940 0000 0382 8661). It has been well over two months, and he STILL has not e-mailed with his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number. I fear the worst, and untill I either receive his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number or my merchandise in full, this Bad Trader Report will remain. (Expletive deleted), I want my stuff. Don't force me to take legal action, because, if need be, I WILL!! I gave him: $35.00 (U.S. Dollars) For Sin & Punishment. $10.00 (U.S. Dollars) For Mega Man X2 Box & Instruction Manual. $06.00 (U.S. Dollars) For Shipping & Handling Fees. We agreed to send the items/$$$ on the same day. Each of us was to send by United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail, and include U.S.P.S. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. It is now the second day (05/02/01), and he STILL has not e-mailed with his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number. I fear the worst, and untill I either receive his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number, my merchandise, or a full and complete refund in the amount of $51.00, this Bad Trader Report will remain. I knew his deal was too good to be true when I first heard his offer, but greed (and the thought of playing a game as cool as Sin & Punishment) got the better of me; now I'm out $51.00 because of it. Steve McFadden, I want my stuff. Don't force me to take legal action, because, if need be, I WILL!! Well, almost a year later (04/19/2002), and still no sign of compensation. Unfortunately, I've not had time to seek any sort of legal retaliation against Mr. McFadden, due to an increasingly vigorous schedule. However, let all who read this Bad Trader Report learn from my mistake. "Don't become blinded by greed, for sound judgement won't be the only thing lost." Reported By: Noid | |||
