After he indicated that he have sent, a day after I sent, after a week that he receives he said that his package got returned back to him, and that he was poor and too busy to send. I even Overnight both way for him to send to make it easier for him, which he still didn't do. He acts and claims that he has sent and will send and never ever given any type of proof that he sent just word of mouth. He canceled a trader saying that they are an apparent scammer, but I think he's the one who should talk. Now his account is abandoned so there is no way in hell that he is coming back here so this BTR will stay up indefinitely. I already contacted his local police and file for mail fraud. 4 Months to like some jerk rip me off is too long. I called his friend and his friend said hat he usually doesn't do this. Fudge his friend they both are gay jerks that deserve each other. I don't get my check until 8/01 which is 1 day later. And I've been emailing you since I think the 27th, and you have me blocked! I even tried to send you an Instant message & you blocked all 3 screen names I used! Be a damn man & talk to me, and we'll get this straightened out! UPDATE 7/30/08 MegaNesMan still has me blocked! Why can't you be a man & talk to me?! You'll have your money back in 2 days! You gave me until the end of the month to make things right, and I have that e-mail saved in case you try to deny that! I sent and he received 2 days later. This was back in January. So Now I am filing this as I do not think I will ever get anything from this guy. Only response I get from him was, "Don't worry I will send" pretty much every time I ask him. I asked the Moderators before filing and they told me that I waited way too long. After I received all of the things that the sellers has sent to my address, I then notified him that I have received them all. He was suppose to send me $100 plus Shipping inside a Book. He sent on August 3rd, 2007, I received on August 5th, 2007. I received the Book, but there was no $100 inside and he taped it up to make it look legit claiming it to make it was never touched or open. I asked him about it and he just told me that since he had send, that he will only give me less than half back instead of the whole $100. I could just keep his stuff and sell it on eBay if I was that crocked, but I don't do that, instead I sent him his stuff ahead of time on July 24th, 2007 which he received on August 3rd, 2007. I traded with him multiple times with no problems so I guess that he no longer is interested in trading on this site anymore because his account it now abandoned. I didn't want to rip him off, but I guess he wanted to rip me off. He has stopped responding to my e-mails since September 4th, 2007. He told me that if I wanted to File a BTR that I was free to do so, but I didn't want to until now. I didn't mine if he sent me less than half, but basically I lost my shipping money to send to him. I did it because he was a nice guy and everything, but looks can be deceiving. If I ever receive my $100 or any money, I will remove this, until then it stays up here. I got the money fast and when I sent his stuff out, I got it back like next month so I asked him so send me some more because he wants me to send to the United Kingdom this time, I was just about too, but I said let me cash the check first just in case, then I found out that the check has no account and cannot be cashed and he keeps telling me that he doesn't know what I am talking about, and encourages me to send, and I keep telling him not until I get some real money. He said for me to keep waiting and don't give him a BTR because other traders is already loosing their patience on him, but I decided to wait, and wait, but still nothing, so I e-mail him again, for like 3 times I think he just said, he wants to get rid of his other BTR first before he deal with mine, so i said OK, then I E-mailed him again, and no response, I could understand that he may be on vacation like most people are, but the other BTR of his hasn't been taken down yet, so I think maybe he forgot about me because I didn't put this up sooner so that is why I am putting it up. I also sent first and he got it OK because I said he lives if California like me so nothing will happened to it and I sent to someone with ZERO Feedback because I thought I can trust him, I really don't want to put this up here because I hated posting BTRs, but I need to or at least until I get my Money and Game I will remove this, but seeing that the other people still has left this up here I think this is staying for a while.
