I paid Auzrial $10 via paypal 2 weeks ago for a FFVIII Lionheart Necklace and haven't received my end. He suddenly stopped responding to my messages and warnings so I have decided to file my complaint. Send me my item or refund my purchase. I should've noticed the past BTR's, though resolved, I should have taken the steps to have this user send my item first prior to sending payment so i guess i'm at fault somewhat and that it has come to this. I will be filing a paypal complaint as well if I do not receive any communication or immediate resolution as I take these sort of things seriously.

UPDATE: The Refund bounce and I have not received my refund after all. I want my refund and this BTR is coming right back up.

Kim Jeffrey and I pended the trade on June 21st. For the past 3+ weeks, I have contacted him about the status of the shipment and not once did he reply to give me a feedback. The deal was:

My - 8 weeks of subscription and Super Mario World 2 Advance
For his - Yu-Gi-Oh! Worldwide Stairway to Heaven(GBA)

I gave him 2 weeks of subscription in advance to give him a chance to stay a subscriber as I wait for his game to arrive and transfer the remaining 6 weeks/send my game.

It has come to my attention with the frequent ignoring of my e-mails that he's not at all willing to do this trade nor serious about it. I gave him a week notice to give me my 2 weeks of subtime back and delete the trade - a simple task. However, he has ignored this notice, hence the creation of this Bad Trade Report.

Kim Jeffrey - I would gladly remove this BTR and delete the trade myself if you give me my 2 weeks back.

Deleted the trade report today. Still waiting for that 2 weeks though.
