| Username: squareelectronicarts Email: SquareEa@aol.com Address: Can't remember....its been a while! | Status: active Created: January 13, 2004 at 7:38pm (EST) we agreed to send at the same time, and I had about 10 other trades pended at the same time, so I got a notice and I thought it said that he had sent, so I went ahead and sent out Secret of Mana, (Box & Manual only), Ludacris-Word of Mouf, and $5 in a package. I figure the total valua to be around $30. I was expecting to get his Final Fantasy II (Complete) within a week after I thought he had sent, and when I didnt get it, I realized teh mistake I had made. I sent him several emails and got no reply, then I sent several threatening emails, (the mail fraud charges, and a BTR) still no reply, and I sent 1 more nice email before I posted to let him know that there would be no hard feelings if he would just send, but still no answers. Might I add that HE contacted me about the trade in teh first place.!!! Yet again I fall victim to crooks because I am TOO trusting!!! I HATE filing these and this is my 2nd one this week and 3rd one total! Please just send the game, or my stuff back, or if you dont have the game send me the $30 either way I want to get something back.....and I am filing mail fraud charges! I have NEVER experienced a bad trader, at least not where I got TOTALLY screwed over! SO I said OK and sent first. When he received he said that he only got 2 games instead of the 7!! and came up with the idea that someone at the post office must have opened it and taken the 5 games out and then re-packaged everything! I always keep my games for each system in one place and I am positive I put all the games in there, cuz I was having a REALLY hard time getting them all to fit. He didnt let me know that he only received 2 games adn the system until I got my stuff from him and complained that the XBOX Live kit he sent didnt come the the part that plugs into the controller so I could use the headset, and he didnt put in the $20 he promised! I think he was just covering for himself. Let me mention that when I received the XBOX Live kit I saw it didnt have the controller part or teh $20 so I let it sit in my basement until we worked it out. He then proposed that we send back and I HAVE to send first or hes NOT going to send back at all. I basically knew this was a HUGE scam by now and all I wanted was my gamegear back and at least the 2 games, instead of a worthless xbox live starter kit. I knew I would either not get anything back or get EXTREMELY lucky and get my gamegear and 2 games back. So i sent and when he received he said that I had scratched the CD beyond working condition and that he WONT be sending ANYTHING back nad he will keep everything in stead of at least sending back the system and 2 games so he could keep the 5 free ones! What an ASSH*LE!!! By Far the WORST trader I have ever run into and I hope I never run into someone like him again, and I hope that none of my fellow traders decide to trade with him!
