He happily agreed to the trade on May 24th, but said it would be "a week or two" before he could ship. I said that would be fine. It is now 7 weeks later and he has not shipped nor will he reply to any of my emails or Offer Messages. Hopefully, he'll come through and ship the game. If he does, I will remove this BTR, of course. If he doesn't, then other people need to know to not deal with this user. 24Sep2004: Minor update: 20 weeks were returned to me by the site after TheSeaAsian was suspended. I'm still down 120 weeks. When Joe was in some financial difficulties, he offered some packages for sale. Most of the Moderators got together and decided to buy the PC games bundle -- mainly to help him out -- and then just divide up as best we could. But, again, it was mainly done because we knew he needed the money -- none of us really greatly wanted anything on the list significantly. The package did arrive, but several of the games were not really as advertised and at least one game was actually missing completely from the set. I informed Joe -- and he said that he would send it soon. Later, when he couldn't find it, he said that he would send some other items to make up for it instead -- which we said was fine. This went on for months. Now, all of the email addresses we have for him are invalid -- he has changed them. Therefore, I've decided to file this BTR. I don't mind waiting when he is really in trouble -- but when he makes it impossible to contact him by changing his email address and not letting me know, that is simply not acceptable. Joe -- if you contact me with a valid email address and give a status update of when you expect to ship, I will likely remove this BTR. Thanks. Reported By: John | |||

I sent payment via Money Order (as he requested) and emailed my address to him. On November 5th, he confirmed that the payment had arrived -- and asked for my address again "just to verify the shipping address." I gave it to him again. After two weeks, it had not arrived so I emailed him. He replied that he had put the wrong address on the package (even though I had given the proper one to him twice now) and that it was returned to him. He told me that he would "2 day express" it to me. Three weeks later and I have still not received the package -- and he has not responded to any of emails since then. Plus his email has now just gone dead due to @Home going out of business... So I now have no way to contact him. I'll remove this if the package arrives, of course. Reported By: John | |||
