Dale and I agreed on a deal which I would send 13 nes games complete or boxed for $125 shipped. The agreement was for him to send $75 as a down payment and then $50 once the games were received. I agreed to that. On August 2nd I received $75 down for the games. I then shipped them off on August 5th. He received the games on August 12th. I knew this because I had delivery confirmation on the package. He never emailed me about receiving the games. I had to call him on his cell phone about him receiving the package. This was on August 14th. He agreed to pay me the balance. As of August 27th which is two weeks he still hasn't sent me no balance and doesnt answer my emails. I feel I was ripped off out of the balance owed. I am very disappointed in how Dale is handling this deal. 13 games for $75 shipped was NOT what we agreed upon Dale.
