In the trade, Marc was supposed to send first, but during a discussion in chat, he asked if I could go ahead and send so he could play the game throughout the weekend and birthday. I shipped the game the next day Priority with Delivery Confirmation (03033430000264930374). He marked that he received the game January 20, thanked me for the quick shipment, and said he would send the following week. I contacted him on January 25 and asked if he had sent yet and received no response. I contacted him once more on February 2, and again received no response. Again, I contacted him on February 5, but told him that if he didn't respond or ship, that I would file a Bad Trader Report. He replied, and fast (took him not quite an hour), this time and said that he had been busy and would try to ship that Monday. I then told him that if I didn't receive atleast a tracking number by Wednesday, that I would file a BTR. It is now two days after Wednesday, and I haven't heard anything. All I want is for him to send me his side of the trade. I do not want my game back; just what is due to me. He got a good deal out of the trade, so I don't know why he keeps putting off sending. Problems or no problems, it should still have been sent some time ago. I will remove this Bad Trader Report as soon as I receive the CD. Reported By: Dimidium |
