On July 18th, I loaned George $60. The agreement was the loan would repaid in September, but he would also get me a game of my choosing from Gamestop. We agreed he'd get me Madden 10 when it came out. It has been a month since the game has come out, and I have not received it. Not only that, but there has been no communication from him since August 9th. I've sent him multiple PMs here as well as an email, so I'm sure he's getting my messages.

I'll take this down once I receive the game and my $60 back.

EDIT: I've received the $60 back, but nothing on the game. He's also not logging in or replying to me again.

Sorry about all this, but I have been on Active Duty for a bit down at Ft. Stewart and wasn't able to get online at all ($20 for one day of online access is a bit much) until tonight when I finally got home. I spoke with michaelabowen1, who called me on OuTrAgE's behalf and explained the situation to him and asked him to pass word along to Outrage for me since I was incapable of doing so. The PP has been sent (just did it) ad the game is on it's way as well.

On August 4th, we agreed on a trade. My $40 for his The Shield seasons 4 and 5. We agreed to ship first class. I mailed concealed cash via 1st class, and he received. He mailed, but did not use first class as agreed upon. Understandably, it would not qualify for fist class because of the weight. But, instead of contacting me, he sent via Parcel Post (he thinks).

After waiting about 2 weeks with no update on the delivery confirmation, we figured the package was lost. I contacted the post office (something he was unwilling to do), and was told there wasn't much they could do, but they'd let me know if they found out anything. Recently, ImDalcon messaged me and told me he was contacted by the post office. He said they said the package was damaged (and lost?) and he would file a claim.

Anyway, all I want is for him to split the loss with me. Since it's neither of our faults (though, one could say it is more his fault for sending a method other than we agreed upon), I think this would be fair. He refuses to do this.

My responsibility is to ship the package, not hand deliver it to his house. It was shipped, I used delivery confirmation showing that it has shipped.

I'm sorry the package got lost. But that is his beef with the postal service who LOST it, not with the guy who sent it.

About two months ago I listed a few things on ebay for Marvin. I knew it wasn't a very smart thing to do, but I was hurting for money and he offered me 5%. Well the auctions led to many problems when Marvin's paypal account was put on hold, causing the winners to obviously become upset since Marvin wouldn't send their items or giving them a refund since he couldn't.

But anyway, that's not the reason for this BTR. The reason for this BTR is because Marvin is yet to pay me the money he owe's me for listing the items. This includes the ebay fees and the 5% he promised me. So I had to pay the ebay fees from my own pocket.

The total was somewhere around $65 for everything, but since he was having all the paypal problems, I told him I'd take $55 to try and help him out. He has made excuse, after excuse including: no way of getting to the post office even though he was still making trades on here. And now he says he won't have the money into after Christmas. I'm just really pissed here, that I have to continue to deal with this whole ebay situation, trying to figure out what to do with all the winners who haven't recieved their DS or a refund. The very least Marvin could do is pay me what he owes me. As soon as I get the $55, I'll remove this.

Update (5/4/06)
Marvin still hasn't payed me the money he owes me, and he is now ignoring my emails.
