1. I was to send a 20 dollar check, and John was to send an N64 with goldeneye.
2. I had to send first because I was a newbie. John was to send second, after my check went through.
3. I sent the morning after the deal was made, on December 21st, 2004.
4. John acknowledged reciving the check on January 7th, 2005. According to his message, he sent it the next morning.
5. I never recieved the package
6. He never responded to any other attempts to contact him. I messaged him on the 21st, the 28th, and the 31st of janurary.
7. I want my twenty bucks back.
