| Username: CrazyJohn Aliases: John Philips Email: VerifyBox001@hotmail.com Address: John Philips 9210 Bobb Ave St. Louis MO 63114 | Status: active Created: August 26, 2005 at 10:16pm (EST) Edited: August 31, 2005 at 10:45pm (EST) 2 weeks ago i sent him: The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker (GameCube), Nintendo GameCube (GameCube), Viewtiful Joe (GameCube), Burnout 3: Take Down (Xbox). and he "sent out" a PSP. 2 weeks have passed and i still didn't get the PSP. my sources (by looking up his address) tell me that he definitly got my stuff but he's just not saying that he got it. the kid also lies about his age AND name. his real name is John Earl, not John Philips and hes only 15, not 18. i am also going to file for mail fraud (which is punishable by law 250,000 fine and/or up to 5 years in prison) unless i get all of my items back in the exact shape that i sent them in. i hope you read this, John Earl. WARNING DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS LIAR AND THEIF! --UPDATE-- well, i finally got all my stuff back EXCEPT burnout 3. i got the case and manual, but no disc. he claims that his friend must've pocket it before he sent it out. i will take this BTR down as soon as i get my game back and as long as its in working conditon. | Response from Accused "Bad Trader": August 27, 2005 at 1:30am (EST) Hi, ok i talked to you on the phone man and i got to say thanks for telling me. i called up my friend and we can send it back tommorrow if possable and if i cant then most definitly Monday without a doubt and thanks again man for telling me. Also Who ever sent the ipod...im going to write return to sender on it and ship it right back to you. | ||||
