UPDATE: JUST FOUND THIS SCUMBAG ON MYSPACE. HE IS ACTUALLY A CITIZEN OF VENEZUELA. WATCH OUT FOR THIS GUY. HE HAS A BIG MAIL FRAUD SYSTEM IN PLACE.
Ok, so here's the deal. I made a rookie mistake and traded with another new user. We agreed to ship at the same time via first class with D/C. I sent mine out on the 8th of February and according to the USPS.com tracking, "Your item was delivered at 4:57 am on February 10, 2006 in MIAMI, FL 33166." Ok, on his side, he said his mother took his part of the trade to the post office and mailed them on the 8th also and said he would give me the delivery confirmation when she got home. A day goes by and still I recieve no word back from him. Another day goes by, my side of the trade arrives at his place and he has yet to get back to me. I start to get worried, so I send a little e-mail stating that if he does not respond that I will report him. A few more days go by and I finally recieve a response saying that his mother sent the package but she chose the cheapest method of shipping but he didn't tell me what type. He says that the package should have arrived but if it got lost he would repay me via paypal. I'm somewhat of a trusting person so I give it a few more days for the package and when it didnt arrive I kindly requested that he either send back my games or reimburse me for the games and the cost of shipping, it has now been two weeks since I last heard from him and he has not logged onto this site since the 12th. I will give him a few more days to respond before I file a mail fraud claim with the USPS. I tried tracking his address but came back with several buisnesses listed all under the same address, so it will be very difficult to track down his phone number.

The trade was: My RE and RE 0 for his Castlevania DS, Nintendogs, and Splinter Cell.
