We were supposed to both send our items immediately. I sent him Battlefield 2: Modern Combat (Xbox 360), Edward Scissorhands (DVD), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (DVD), and Deja Vu (DVD). He was supposed to send me Nvidia GEforce 6600 graphics card. I sent on August 8th, and he said he received it on August 26, which was obviously long after it actually arrived (I had tracking on it). He marked sent, but then said that his "roommate failed him bigtime" because his roommate never sent it out. He told me to pick a few DVDs to make up for it. After that he never responded to any of my messages. Since then I have said several times that he needs to honor his end of the deal, and I even threatened him with a BTR beforehand, but with no response. It is now October 12, and he is still ignoring me. I really just want my stuff back. 5/27/08 Here I am a few months less than a year later. What a jerk. He obviously will not return my belongings, or ever contact me again. If he happens to log back on and contact you-- STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. He is a thief. Reported By: CausticRock | |||
