Nick and I agreed on a Game Share trade. I wanted to borrow Skate 2, he wanted to borrow Fight Night Round 3 and Jumper: Griffin's Story. The trade was agreed on 9/12. The games would be borrowed for roughly 2 weeks and shipped back. Since I have more trades, I asked him to send first. Also, the trade was agreed to be sent via First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

On the 18th of September, I asked him when he planned on shipping his part. He said that he sent that day and that he left his DC slip in his car. I asked him afterward for the DC number and he said that he left it in his car, and then admitted that it was his mom's car, and then said he misplaced it. I received the game about a week later, but it was postmarked on 9/21/09. I received it on 9/24. It also arrived without a DC slip, so it's obvious that he didn't get DC. Not a really big deal, but him lying about DC and the shipping date would have been noted in his feedback.

I then sent my games as agreed. The tracking number: 0308 1400 0000 2945 4046. It was sent on 9/25, and was received by Nick on 9/28. I told him that he was to send my games back on or around 10/12. I also included a blank DC slip because he lied about putting one on the envelope, and told him so. He said he should be able to get it out in a couple of days or so, which was fine.

I sent Skate 2 back to him on 10/9, which was 2 weeks and 1 day after I received it. The tracking number: 0308 1400 0000 2945 1007. It was received by Nick on 10/13. I also should mention that I received a copy of Skate 2 from another user on Goozex, so my Gamercard mentioning that I've played Skate 2 after I sent Nick his game back is because of the Goozex copy I received. That stuff is also tracked and my account over there is under username PositivelyDan for people who want to look at that for proof.

He said on 10/10 that he was finishing up my games and then sending them back. I asked him on 10/15 when he was sending them back again, and he said hopefully Friday (10/16 is what he meant).

I sent him another message on 10/19 telling him that he was about a week behind sending my games back and that some kind of timeline as to when he was sending them out would be good. He didn't respond. On the 25th I sent another message asking if everything was OK because he hadn't signed onto GTZ since 10/18.

I messaged him over Xbox Live a couple of times, and got a response. He said he had been really sick with swine and busy and all that good stuff.

Since he lied about not using DC and he lied about when he shipped and ducked my messages for a week and I had to e-mail the GTZ mods to get an e-mail address for him, I didn't (and don't) believe him. He read the e-mail I sent to him on 10/26 that read:

"Hey. It's BucketofJustice from GTZ. Just wanted to have a traceable way of telling you that I want my games postmarked w/DC by Wednesday and you telling me you had swine and will get them in the mail, since Xbox Live isn't traceable like that. If I don't get a DC number by Wednesday, you will leave me no choice but to file a BTR against you. It has been 2 weeks late for you as of today and I don't really want to waste anymore time with this trade.

He responded to me in a GTZ message dated 10/28:

"yea sorry i undersatnd that u were gunna give me a BTR if i didnt send today and i just cant im not gunna make an excuse i just honestly cant make it your games are %100 fine and i am sending back asap.. i understand if i get a btr, just letting you know that everything good and ive just been sick and really busy. im sorry"

Once again... since he lied about not using DC and he lied about when he shipped and ducked my messages for a week and I had to e-mail the GTZ mods to get an e-mail address for him, I didn't (and don't) believe him. He has had ample time to send me my games back and hasn't. I should have trusted my first impression of him and not traded with him, but I did and now I'm paying for it.

Here'sNick's options to remove this BTR::
1. Send me my games back. First Class with Delivery Confirmation as agreed.
2. Send me $25.92 via concealed cash or Gifted Paypal to purchase these two games: at gamestop.com with the coupon code CAG16, 6% VT sales tax and USA GROUND shipping.

i DO have swine flu.. and you dont beleive me? how are you going to say you just dont beleive someone about somthing when you have no idea? i know i should have had it out before i got this anyways, but thats out of line. on another note i know it was unexceptable for it to take so long to send and i have one other trader that i wasnt able to send back to yet because i got this. sorry i should have the games out monday.

Trade was confirmed Sept 18. He had fully received the game and $15 via Paypal by the 21st. From that point forward, he was dishonest with me at every turn. He marked that he had sent the game on the 21st. I asked him for a confirmation # on the 25th. He said he would dig it up and post it. He never did. I went on vacation and got back Oct 5. Still no game. Followed up with him. He said he would get it to me that week...i.e. he had never sent it. Oct 10 I suddenly get a msg that he is sending my game back and he was refunding paypal. Attempted to talk him into just honoring the trade. He then said his son's friend had the game and he was going to get it back. I received a game a few days later...but it was the game I had sent him. He still had not refunded the money....and still has not refunded to this point. He has not responded to my requests and warnings that I would file a BTR even though I can see he has logged on.

I was extremely patient with this guy yet he has intentionally misled me and knowingly lied several times. I am not happy with this situation. I can't believe that someone could have so little honor, pride, and dignity. He needs to refund my $15 and apologize without making excuses before I will consider removing this BTR.

have 9 completed trades with him and he has been slow in the past but nothing like this his rentals were due back between september 9th and 12th I posted reminding him , on 1-Oct-2009 at 6:53pm & on 19-Sep-2009 at 1:48pm....and never got a response until I messaged him on xboxlive

A trade was pended on Oct. 6th involving $25 pp gift from me in exchange for Ghostbusters for 360. Jedimasterchris continually says he shipped, then says he didn't, then says his wife did. He also claims he got a DC number which he has not provided after I have requested it multiple times. He has not responded for the last 2 days after I requested the DC number again. It does not take 22 days to ship anything.

I will remove the BTR if I receive a refund or the game. I just want to be done dealing with him.

He's just a jerk. I sent him his game, after a month he claimed not to get it (even after I checked up at the post office who said he did), I filed a BTR and when I asked how to resolve it he told me to "suck his dick" and that he would just leave gametz. A moderator suggested that I should see it from his side, so I asked him to mail just half of what we agreed I would have gotten in the trade since he "didn't get" his game I sent. He said that sounded good, and about three weeks ago he said he mailed off. It's not here, I know it's not going, he basically told me on AIM i'm not getting it. Just please don't waste time on this guy.

I'll take this away if he mails me my game with delivery confirmation, or sacrifices his first born child in my name.

I sent ultima_gamer money for an Xbox360 bundle. I didn't hear from him for a month after he received, so I called him. He said he would ship the next day. The next day he gave me a tracking number. This tracking number was generated online, and ultima_gamer claims he printed a mailing label and left the package for his mail carrier. It's been over 35 days since he supposedly shipped, and tracking information does not show anything was ever received by the postal service. At some point, ultimat_gamer also claimed that he may have purchased insurance for this package. USPS has no record of this. I will remove this BTR if I receive the Xbox360 bundle or my money back.

Never got my item from him and the trade was on Sept 21 and is now Oct 25..Says he was going to refund me but still has not..Sent him a few messages about it but does not reply..Sorry i had to file BTR...It will stay this way until i ge my refund...
