He agreed to send: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare GOTY & Call of Duty: World at War: Both mint condition and complete for my $30 paypal. I have received neither, though he claims to have refunded my money. I would like to indicate that he tried to refund my money without even passing this by me. I would prefer to get my products since I passed on many oppurtunities to get those games from other people because I had thought I already bought them. The day I sent the money was December 11, 2009. He received the $420 Money Order December 27, 2009. He then said he needed to cash it so I agreed and he never told me when it went through, but he guaranteed he would send January 18, 2010 no matter if it had gone through or not, and of course he didn't. Then a few days later I confront him with the issue and he gives me this balogni answer of how he got in a fight and cracked the screen of the computer and didn't want to send it broken, then I asked him a day later to send the software at least, and he says, "im only going to send you the money. I pawned the broken laptop along with all the software to recoup my losses. Sorry again though." So then I ask will you please send me the money via PayPal, and he says well I don't have that much in PayPal, so I can't, so I wondered well where is the money if it isn't in your Bank Account. If he still had it in his bank account he would be able to transfer it from bank to PayPal. And he says he can't send me all the money right away, and he will send me the money when he gets it, so that obviously means he spent it and never told me that he had already cashed the Money Order. Obviously something fishy is going on and I just want my money NOW. So to resolve this BTR please send me a WORKING Sony Vaio w/ all the software you stated or send me $435 ($420 to cover the cash and $10 for the letter, stamp, and freakin time) and I want the money sent via PayPal. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS SOON I HAVE WAITED 60 DAYS!!!!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE Okay you can say that, but you never told me any of that and you are lying so much now you cant keep ur stories straight lol...you said u sent $100 one day and then like 3 days after u said wud u like a ps3 game and i said ya and to send all the money in it. now u say u sent all $435 in the game case and the game w/ no DC# that makes no sense if you already sent $100...tell me the truth PLEASE. I have sent messages asking what is going on just to let me know and have gotten no response. he has been on the site every day so i know he's getting them. Still over a week later i have no idea what is going on or if or when it will be sent. All i want is to know what is going on and to get the game that he owes me or mine back. Even a delivery confirmation so i know it was sent would be acceptable since no message has been responded too. When i recieve the game this BTR will be removed and feedback will be left.
