He should have given me:
Sin & Punishment Nintendo64 (Mint & Complete).
Mega Man X2 Box & Instruction Manual Super Nintendo Entertainment System (Mint).
I gave him:
$35.00 (U.S. Dollars) For Sin & Punishment.
$10.00 (U.S. Dollars) For Mega Man X2 Box & Instruction Manual.
$06.00 (U.S. Dollars) For Shipping & Handling Fees.
We agreed to send the items/$$$ on the same day. Each of us was to send by United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Priority Mail, and include U.S.P.S. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. That same day, we were to exchange U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation numbers via e-mail. That way, we could track each others items/$$$.
I fulfilled my portion of the agreement, and e-mailed him my U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number the day I mailed my payment (U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number: 0300 6000 0001 4053).
It is now the second day (05/02/01), and he STILL has not e-mailed with his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number. I fear the worst, and untill I either receive his U.S.P.S. Delivery Confirmation number, my merchandise, or a full and complete refund in the amount of $51.00, this Bad Trader Report will remain.
I knew his deal was too good to be true when I first heard his offer, but greed (and the thought of playing a game as cool as Sin & Punishment) got the better of me; now I'm out $51.00 because of it. Steve McFadden, I want my stuff. Don't force me to take legal action, because, if need be, I WILL!!
Well, almost a year later (04/19/2002), and still no sign of compensation. Unfortunately, I've not had time to seek any sort of legal retaliation against Mr. McFadden, due to an increasingly vigorous schedule. However, let all who read this Bad Trader Report learn from my mistake.

We agreed to trade Mario Kart 64, Banjo-Kazooie, and 15.00 for Earthbound, Zelda: A link to the Past and a Nes. I was also to send him cash after I received the other games for a unopened Chrono Trigger. It has been over a month and have not received my games. Please send me either my games back or the games you promised! I will report mail fraud!

On Wednesday, March 15, he offered to trade me 3 copies of chrono trigger for 3 playstation games and 25$. HE told me he'd send priority. A few days later, when many people did not receive their games, he claimed that he did not have enough money to send all of the packages priority, and that he had sent them first class. Still, over 10 days later, no packages had arrived. I confronted him again, asking him to send out my games, if he hadn't already, and offering to pay for priority mail + confirmation. He agreed, and today I asked him for the confirmation, and he responded that he was a deadbeat trader who never went to the post office on time, and he hadn't sent the packages. On top of this, he asked what it was I had wanted. I reminded him, and he claimed he didn't even know if he had the items anymore. He has lied to me repeatedly up to now, and he will continue to lie to anyone he can. If you sent first, you have my condolances; if you didn't send him anything, feel lucky. I wish I had sent him something, so I could nail the liar to the wall.

he is the worst trader yet on the ugtz, he offered rare games to cheat people and that is the worst way to do it. He should be thrown in a pit and all the people he screwed with should pelt him with stones. And this is the edited version of what i wanna do to him for screwing lots of ugtz users.

We had a trade to mail at the same time. I sent Priority Mail, emailed him to let him know it had been sent and then he changed from Priority to me, to Regular mail so it couldn't be traced. He said he mailed it March 14, it is now March 21 and still no game. I know he has received my game. He does not answer in chat rooms or emails. This is a very serious crime. Do not believe what he says. These bad trader reports that are posted are for real. We have taken legal action against him. DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM ANYONE, YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR GAME. He changes screennamees and information often on UGTZ.

THIS TRADE REPORT IS VERY VERY SERIOUS. HE IS A CRIMINAL PLEASE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF STAY AWAY I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING FROM HIM YET. HE HAS TOLD PEOPLE IN CHAT I GOT MY GAMES. THIS GUY IS INSANE. SEND MY GAME BACK < OR THE CHRONOS AND THIS COMES DOWN!
