I then sent on Oct 1st and he recieved on Oct 5 according to the tracking number. After he received I waited until the 16th to ask when he planned on paying. By looking at his last login time I can tell that he is getting online and ignoring me. Finally he responds on the 29th "did i not pay this yet! im pretty sure i did send u the money on paypal correct? ill check". A day later Oct 30th he says this, "i thought i already payed but for some reason my paypal account is locked because it says i have to confirm my adress by entering my credit card which i dont have because i used my bank account in the first place. i am really sorry i honestly thought i sent and you just forgot to check recieved, good thing this is just money and not somthing else because i am really sick currently. anyways ill be able to just send it in an envelope." Now here it is 2 more weeks later and no response or nothing. Now I can understand if he is sick for a couple days, but there is no way he has had swine flu this long (probably didnt ever have it). After looking at the reports on him, I dont know how this user got to a gold star in the first place. This can be resolved by sending me my $4 or my game back in the exact same condition as I sent it to Nick. Reported By: TheHulk
