We had agreed on Xpresspost, registered, and insured. I followed the tracking on the Canada Post website. Fishmen complained he had not recieved the package - after checking on the Canada Post site and confirming that the package had been delivered I tried to find out what happened on his end. Communication was difficult as he switched to a rather broken french in the middle of everything. He claimed not to have recieved the package and that he had started an inquiry with Canada Post. I called them myself to find out what happened with thte delivery and started my own inquiry. They let me know that no other inquiry had been started. This gave me even less confidence with fishmen. He claimed that the letter carrier might have stolen it but failing to start an inquiry raised a red flag with me. It has been about 2 months since I sent the package. I have scans of all receipts of shipment and proof of reciept of the package with Canada Post. There was some sort of miscommunication as he thought I would buy the game I wanted from him myself. He proceeded to send my 6$ cash for some reason. I asked for an explanation and I still don't know what is going through his mind. He now refuses to send his game ; Refuses to split the losses ; Refuses to communicate in english ; Refuses to give me a contact phone number - since I believe him to be a minor and would like to speak with his parents if that is the case. He is now threatening me with a BTR and so now I just have no more patience for this fellow or this site so I'm left with the only choice of starting my own BTR and hopefully preventing other people from having a bad trading experience with this particular member. Reported By: shagsmo Response from Accused "Bad Trader": August 17, 2009 at 5:30pm (EST) To the mods: you really have to read the whole process first i asked him if he wanted to talk french and he said ok ( french is my primary language so i dont think i dont talk it ok) second i said i didnt receive the package ( wich is true) third i didnt want to send him my game because i didnt receive his game! fourth: i asked him if he wanted me to mail some money (6$) for him to go buy the game he said yes and after he ask me were is his game??? i dont know he was supposed to buy it himself! so no i didnt refuse to talk english,yes i refused to send my game cause i didnt receive his game, and for the same reason i refused to split the loose (in part cause i sent him some money anyway!) so no i dont think i deserve a btr!
