He recieved my money on Sept. 2nd. He was suppose to mail out immediately. Supposedly he did and he got it back in the mail. So he did again. Still no receive. Both times there was no d/c, despite the fact that it was agreed upon in the trade. After several attempts to communicate via GTZ, I got no reply. I then proceeded to email him. He did respond. and said he would update me with possibilities of what we could work out the next day. No email the next day. After about 2 other emails, I got no reply. And one final one that said I would file the BTR if I got no reply. I would like my refund. Because of the inconvenience that gleb2006 has caused, I do not want anything other than a refund unless it's clearly in my favor. The wait is not worth it though and I feel that a refund would be the quickest way for us to solve this issue.

If I don't hear from you by tomorrow, I'm going to file a BTR since there's been poor communication. Thanks.

I'm not really interested in NHL 09. On your GTZ listing, the only thing I saw that I kind of would like is Madden 10, which I know is basically a $40 game, and Orange Box which I see as a $12 game. I don't want Madden enough to want to put more money into it myself. So if you want, I could do Orange Box plus say $13. Regardless, I would like to have the trade complete within the next week one way or another. Other things I would consider as credit is 360 accessories, gift cards, anime and that's about it.

360, What I'd imagine to be around that Value that I have is only NHL 09, but I could also toss in some cash if you are interested.

Is there any xbox game you would like of equal value? I will see if I have it, im sorry but it seems like the GoW Rug is gone, I will go around asking my friends who went to the show with me if they have an extra one though, thanks
