| You might want to fill in the details a little bit more. The trade was pended on Feb 7th. There was no communication from him whatsoever, despite sending several messages asking what was going on and he was logging on every day. He finally responded on the 18th saying that payment would be sent on the 20th. That date went by, still no payment, I sent a couple more messages, another week went by, still no reply. I asked him to cancel the trade since I'm not interested in going in circles to make this sale or hoping that he'll eventually respond. |

No, this is not true. I gave this trader my paypal address, and told him 'I would rather have a money order or concealed cash though.'
He then said 'Okay we can cancle man' to which I said 'YOU will have to cancel as I am still willing to wait on you to pay. I would have like to known ahead of time since there were others interested in this.'
Totally unexpected from a Gold star trader. I do notice he has 3 cancelled trades on his record now. Please keep that in mind when dealing with this user. |

| I agreed to send first. He told me the controller was mint, and I sent him the PayPal. Later he he told me that it wasn't in mint condition, so he was just going to send my money back. I said it was fine. Then I waited, and waited, and waited, and still he didn't send the PayPal. I e-mailed him many times and finally 3 1/2 months later, he sent me back my $10 through PayPal. Numberonetrada, I had more trades than you, but I thought I would help you out and send first, because we had traded before. You shouldn't have done that to me. Make sure you know the condition of items before you pend a trade, and if you have already pended a trade and realize anything is wrong with an item, refund the money right away. |
