I sent ultima_gamer money for an Xbox360 bundle. I didn't hear from him for a month after he received, so I called him. He said he would ship the next day. The next day he gave me a tracking number. This tracking number was generated online, and ultima_gamer claims he printed a mailing label and left the package for his mail carrier. It's been over 35 days since he supposedly shipped, and tracking information does not show anything was ever received by the postal service. At some point, ultimat_gamer also claimed that he may have purchased insurance for this package. USPS has no record of this. I will remove this BTR if I receive the Xbox360 bundle or my money back.

On July 18th, I loaned George $60. The agreement was the loan would repaid in September, but he would also get me a game of my choosing from Gamestop. We agreed he'd get me Madden 10 when it came out. It has been a month since the game has come out, and I have not received it. Not only that, but there has been no communication from him since August 9th. I've sent him multiple PMs here as well as an email, so I'm sure he's getting my messages.
I'll take this down once I receive the game and my $60 back.
EDIT: I've received the $60 back, but nothing on the game. He's also not logging in or replying to me again.
EDIT #2: He's logged in a few times recently but is still ignoring me. I had been talking to former user MichaelBowen who is apparently real life friends with ultimate_gamer, and he was talking to ultima_gamer on my behalf. According to him, ultima_gamer had no desire to rip anybody off and would take of things when he had a chance. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the case.

Sorry about all this, but I have been on Active Duty for a bit down at Ft. Stewart and wasn't able to get online at all ($20 for one day of online access is a bit much) until tonight when I finally got home. I spoke with michaelabowen1, who called me on OuTrAgE's behalf and explained the situation to him and asked him to pass word along to Outrage for me since I was incapable of doing so. The PP has been sent (just did it) ad the game is on it's way as well. |
