I've never used either of those but I have been a long time Logitech remote user. The Harmony One was the best remote ever made. Mine finally crapped out on me and I moved over to the Harmony 650. If you are new to the world of universal remotes (the good ones, not the cheap ones), I would highly recommend that you keep and use the Harmony Touch. The biggest mistake that consumers make when it comes to their home theater system is to not invest in a good remote. This is odd to me because this is how you interact with all of your gear. This should be one of the most important pieces in your set up.
They're awesome if you have a complicated procedure to start your devices and/or have smart home devices like Hue, Nest, etc.
I have a Home Hub and like being able to turn on the TV, receiver, set it to the right input, dim the lights to blue and set the Nest to a cold temperature with the press of one button, but it takes a lot of effort to do the initial setup.
