Going to camp tomorrow morning, after see if I can get a LG Blount or Marcellus! Wallace (Bennett) jersey on clearance at the pro shop. Interested to see Cooks and new guys in action.
Anybody else checking out their teams in camp?
We also decided that while we still like the Falcons, the Eagles are our favorite NFC squad.
no love for Jags nationally, looks like Eagles-Rams getting the attention.
Excellent statement game for the Jags at home, will have to watch Redzone to check it out. Haven't seen Jags much at all unfortunately.

Jags best LB is doubtful and Ramsey may be out. So Wilson and Graham will have a field day.

No Sherman, no Kam Chancellor. Ramsey probably plays. Honestly I'm surprised the Jags aren't underdogs at home. No one will be surprised if Seattle wins, just like I won't be surprised if Jax wins. I think it's a coin flip. Osiris wrote:

Deservedly so, best match-up of the week on paper no question. Goff vs Wentz playing for a bye and possibly the 1 or 2 seed.
Meanwhile Chiefs-Oakland... who screws up the least? Chief's D makes Raider's O-line look great again; which Alex Smith shows up?
Buffalo a white out. I hope Alex Smith is on a short leash.
Why is CBS airing Vikes vs Panthers ?
> Why is CBS airing Vikes vs Panthers ?
The Pack ruining the Browns parade. They lose to the Browns, any reason for Rodgers to come back?
The Chiefs should be up 30.
I'm asking a genuine question , lol. I thought all NFC vs NFC, 1pm or 4pm kicks, were supposed to be on Fox?
agreed on network question, i got cowboys/giants on Fox, vikes/newtons on CBS, odd
i am watching redzone for the jimmy g show and colts/bills snowglobe game
That snow in Buffalo is crazy.
I'm in Jacksonville and Tony & Jim are calling the Vikes vs Panthers on CBS, and on Fox I've got Lions vs Bucs.
-both or neither?
Don't trade Luck unless it's a steal (firsts). Pagano... who cares. They won't be competitive unless Luck is elite again.
Browns in OT.
l want to be careful....yes, the Chiefs won!
> Luck is not elite.
But Alex Smith is. 8-| I wish Smith could sniff 40 TD's, and he has the talent around him to lead the league. Should have blown out the Raiders today, instead another lackluster performance nearly like their 2014 playoff performance. At least they're on pace for a crapty draft pick and an early exit (if they make it).
Packers win. Rodgers starting next week. Vikings lose, Rams driving. NFC is fun!
depending on the physical exam by interested parties, Luck should net a #1 and 3 or 4th rounder in same year.
But it doesnt look like colts owner and personnel would make good use of picks and cap space.
But dont you all agree that Jacoby Brissette is the poor guy's Newt? Fershure!
Vinatieri's (sp?) extra point was nuts. Kicked out of snow, hooked in like 10 feet. Dude is the best kicker in the last 30 years. No questioning his clutch kicking ability.
Rams - Eagles is great so far.
Damn, Wentz going to the locker room (walking); hope the best. Nick Foles!
Damn. Bad break on a young buck trying to make a play. Hope it's not as bad as foreshadowed.
Michael Bennett tried to take out a Jags player on a victory kneel. And this clown is nominated for the Walter Payton award? I guess he, and most of the rest of Seattle's defense, were butt hurt after getting their ass kicked. Here's Bennett's comment from earlier this year .... "Most of the NFL games are decided by one point unless you're playing the Jaguars or something. Then it's decided by 50."
who is Alex Collins, and how does he do such wonderful things?
too bad there arent enough penalties called on these teams!
What a Steelers and Ravens game. Our defense sucks without Shazier. They are going to have to beat the Patriots in a shootout next week.
Big Ben is now the only player in NFL history to throw for over 500 yards in 3 different games. He didn't throw an INT either.
how many times did Antonio get behind the D with no safety help, not to mention missed tackles on both he and Mr. Bell.
What are Pats going to take away? I'm pretty sure you got Malcolm and a safety all day on Brown, single coverage on others.
Jesse James usually does pretty well against NE, Bell not so much.
We'll see whose will wins out. Tomlin better be ready, no stupid penalties!

I expect something to come down from the League.
Bennett is right regarding the score, see Baltimore game, we almost put a 50 burger on them.
Looks like Cleveland locked up the 1st pick overall (again)
Cleveland Browns (0-13)
New York Giants (2-11)
Indianapolis Colts (3-10)
San Francisco 49ers (3-10)
Denver Broncos (4-9)
Cleveland Browns (via Houston Texans, 4-9)
Chicago Bears (4-9)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-9)
New York Jets (5-8)
Cincinnati Bengals (5-8)
QB's can quite possibly go #1, #2 and #3 (if not #5). I bet Browns make the hype pick of the moment and pick Mayfield with one of their top picks.
> ACL tear for Wentz... heartbreaking in what (aside from Brady) would've been an MVP
Both him and Watson.
Wilson IS MVP, beyotches.
much too early for championship talk, lots of good teams will be beating each other up for 3 weeks.
i would be surprised if Eagles can get bye, at least they got home playoff game. will cheer for them.
i thought Goff was a little shaky, no? Any questions on Vikes being really top tier?
Steelers are actually lovable now!
2 yards of offense in the first quarter. Then a terrible interference call early in the second, and Patriots lead. One of those Monday nights when football makes me laugh.
> ...Patriots had about 80 yards of offense before that score
They did? Well, close-ish. But the first TD by Landry was called back on a weak holding call. And the set-up for the NE TD was the defensive interference against Cooks, when he was hands-to-face against the defender too. Another bad call, shoulda been no call at all. This game shouldn't be this close right now.
That has to be one of the worst games Tom Brady has ever had. Good work Fins!
We're on to Cincinnati!
Oops.. The narrative has been set for the week, overhype!
I think the Chiefs game in 2014 might have been worse for Brady, the Patriots aren't good anymore!
Feeb, you know better than that. Miami was way up for the game at home, and the guys Pats had to play with were not good enough to beat them last night.
It was a hoot to see McCourty ripping the defense a new one though.
Brady certainly had his thousand mile stare last night, no "Let's Goooooooo!"
Steelers fans excited, chanting "we're gonna win!"?
Nice game with Ravens, poor performance by Pats, Home game, lots on the line?
Feeling confident, or is there that nagging Tomlin doubt?
There's always a nagging Tomlin doubt. I like him but I've seen him be outcoached by better coaches on several occasions, Belichick especially. I just hope we can make the Brady play from behind and make him have to keep up with our Offensive scoring. I don't see defense winning this game on either side.
i doubt Malcolm gets big money in NE next year, barring some late season/playoff heroics, his specialty.
interested to see how they defend against Mr Brown, Mr Bell will see a lot of fat guys waiting on him, slippery bastard!
After I just lost Wentz for the fantasy playoffs........please be ready to play Aaron Rodgers!
So am I correct in my analysis that if the Steelers beat NE (or any other team does) and the Jags win out the Jags get the 2 seed? Pretty unlikely (Tom Terrific!), but not impossible.

Yep. If New England and Jacksonville both finish 12-4 then the Jags hold the tiebreaker with a better conference record.
Rodger Rodgers! Clear for takeoff! Welcome back!
Win out, and some luck yes.
I wonder if they will stick with Williams as their back for next year or go back to Montgomery? Williams seems like a pretty viable option. Lets see how his usage pans out with Rodgers back leading the charge.
Picked up Rodgers 3 weeks ago in both leagues. Replacing Goff in one league (meh), Dalton in the other (yay). Doesn't change my championship prospects much sadly. Heavy underdog in one in the semi's, out completely in the other despite having a loaded team.
Torn on whether to go back to Kareem Hunt.

I did that same as well. Good thing too, as both my QBs went down (Tyrod, McCown). Now I have Rodgers as my starter and Bortles as my backup.
My team for my semi-finals in a 12-team league:
WRs: Julio, Keenan Allen
RBs: Kamara, Hyde
BENCH: Marqise Lee, McKinnon, Robby Anderson, Bortles
Poor Jerry Jones. Goodell is a rich mofo.
Only failed in his mission. I expect he'll start making his play to be the next commissioner in the not-too-distant future.

I would tend to believe that Ba -lak -key may do better than AA - Ron . Houston has no secondary and Aa +Ron is going in against a tough Carolina team in his first game back.
How old will Jerry be after six more seasons?

Fudging 200+ million dollars. Must be rough for 5 years guaranteed work.

Hes making about $5 million more than Stafford a year, not too shabby.
time for Steelers, especially coaches, to make a statement, set up a nice revenge game either way.
cant wait to see who ends up as AFC #5 and #6 seeds, bills, chiefs, chargers, titans?
and how could i forget the dreaded Ravens!
