It's that time of the year again. I'll be at Anime Expo and San Diego Comic Con this year. I'll be taking item requests again. I'll most likely be carrying the items around all day (unless they're big or fragile items, then I'll have to drop them off at my hotel), so there's a service fee as follows:
Small/light items: $4 each
Middle size/weight items: $7 each
Big/heavy items: $9-15 each, depending on item
Funko items: $35 each - Still debating whether I want to camp out for this. It's up to my friend if she wants to.
Hasbro, Mattel items: $35 each - I won't be camping out for these lines this year. Too stressful and time consuming. It's unlikely that I'll be able to get the hot items that sell out quickly. If it's like previous years, I'm only able to get in line near the end of the day and purchase whatever they have left. Send offers anyway if you're interested and I'll try to get them if I can. Magic exclusives from Hasbro are always taken, so it won't be available.
*$10 increase on all items if you're putting in a request during the con (July 19-24)
*Price may increase for the small/medium/big tiers if the booth is too busy with long lines. I've already included the time it takes in the costs for Hasbro, Mattel, and Funko
Total costs paid by you = The total cost of item(s) + Service Fee + Shipping Costs + PayPal fee (if applicable). Payment can be collected after item is obtained, but I'd prefer payment before the con so I have the money to pay for it. If the item price is high or if I have a lot of requests, then a trade needs to be pended and I'll need to receive payment before the con to pay for stuff. Of course, if an item isn't obtained, a full refund will be given and trade will be cancelled.
The size and weight of an item is subjective, but the fee tier will be chosen by me and is final. If you need to know the fee of an item before the con starts, I can let you know the fee charge if you let me know what the item is or can provide a picture of the item. But if an item ends up being drastically different in-hand, then it's possible that I'd have to bump up the fee to the next tier. Estimates for shipping can also be given beforehand.
Examples of items and their fees
Small/light items: CDs/DVDs, small/light books such as comics/manga, small figures such as blind box figures, cards, apparel & jewelry
Middle size/weight items: figures, boxed collectibles, small/regular-sized posters/wallscrolls
Big/heavy items: Big boxed collectibles, big sized posters
I don't generally do autographs. It would take up too much of my con time. But there can be some exceptions, such as if it'll be easy to obtain and if it'll be a quick line. Depending on the situation, the fee will be high, possibly the same as the Hasbro/Mattel fee.
If interested in getting something at the con, let me know the exact item, its price, and the booth where it's located, especially if it's an exclusive so I can get it first thing in the morning. I usually sell any free swag and promos given to me, so this service is generally for items that need to be purchased from a booth.
