I literally quoted and responded to that part of your ridiculous argument. How is that ignoring it?

What? Nobody was driving when this "responsible" gun owner couldn't distinguish between a deer and a hospital volunteer walking her dogs.

Vehicles serve a purpose outside of killing or hurting someone. As do knives, medications, doctors, and every other example people use for this illogical argument. What realistic function do guns provide that isn't violent? Guns are used to hurt, maim, and destroy. That's it. When your gun gets you to work quickly, cuts your steak, or performs surgery on you, then we can have this conversation.
