Unlike most of the people online posting divisive articles and sowing fear and hate on social media networks and drumming up supporting an obvious dope like Trump, the MSM is
actually based in the USA, and not just spam copy-pasta Facebook/Twitter profiles from overseas. The hate on MSM can be quantified, but honestly, how much of what you see on Facebook as far as the angry tirades are concerned is actually real?
Much as I'd feel shame for someone throwing flames and energy into obvious fake accounts (you know, they literally only share political posts and have strong Pro-Trump, Antiestablishment opinions), I'd feel infinitely worse for anyone who was positively influenced into marching with these literal nobodies, just being an empty tool for another country's hatred. Not to say being anti-establishment is necessarily "wrong", but getting slammed with purposely divisive fabricated opinions and saying "YEAH, SCREW THE ESTABLISHMENT" is the height of idiocy. Every time I go to Facebook and click on news feeds and see what's being "shared", I'm reminded how cancerous social networking is, and how it's lowered us as a species in such a short amount of time.
Funnily enough, even after admitting to taking a LOT of Russian money to promote stories and ads to prop up Trump and beat down Dems, oddly they (FB/Google) still don't want to have their advertising regulated as TV/Radio ads are, even though they're many many times more effective, ripe for abuse and targetable than the other mediums. So far their lobbying has paid off to the tune of literally hundreds of billions, but I'm wondering how much longer that will last, and what effect regulation will have on their bottom line.this message brought to you by a sleeper Russian agent
