Summary If your kids want a game they can play and get acheivments in, that don't need much time to learn the controls and tricks available.

Description I had picked up the game fairly cheap and decided I would get it for my boys, since they are 8-10 years of age I thought perfect. They loved the movie, why not the game. First off the rating of E10+ is bogus. There is nothing in the game I wouldn't let anyone see or hear. Some say there is crude humor and what not in it. But I personally didn't feel it was bad at all. If you let your kids watch the movie, why not the game? It only makes sense. The game has a THPS feel to it, the controls are great and they do what they are supposed to do. There is alot of gameplay available with the different levels and doing everything from creating custom boards to adding different clothing to your characters. You surf through the game unlocking new features and achievements. The game walks you through the movie and you compete to become the best of the best. Another unlocked feature is the leaf sliding. This is fun but fast paced, so it's better to play the game before getting into this one. I personally, being an adult, enjoyed the game and so did my kids. I was impressed with it more then other games for the Xbox 360.
