Assuming it's not in the db yet, someone needs to add it. So, Search, then click "Add Unlisted Game": https://gametz.com/?A=MyItems&table=Games&New=1 to get a form that lets you type in whatever you like. Try to spell it right and use a format like similar games...

This game has been out for a couple days and is a big time game, can't believe it wouldn't already be there. Maybe I'll just do that tho

We might see this sort of thing more as GTZ is in decline and being used less over time.

There may also be a trend more toward collectors and classic/vintage games vs. the latest stuff (which are likely being downloaded more often now).

that is so sad, but I understand it. i was thinking of buying this digital honestly. But then again I do pre-order stuff and sell it once I am done for campaign type games.

Anyways thanks for the heads up

The last few boxed PC games I bought (and there haven't been very many) still required Steam. They were basically codes in a box, with the bulk of the installation files on a disc so you didn't need to download the whole thing. I can't remember the last time I had one that was installable and playable just from the disc. The last one I can recall buying at all was Civilization VI, and that was a year and half ago, and I only bought the boxed one because it was free from Dell loyalty credits. There's just no reason to ever buy the boxed ones any more, between Steam, GOG, Origin, etc.

Yeah, for PC, I assume downloading games is like 95%+ of the market.

Consoles have been slower to move toward downloading, but I think it's more and more common. I personally shifted while I had a ps3 and now on ps4 and with Switch, I only download.

I think the Steam model is being copied by consoles essentially. I know for me on PS3/4, I have a wishlist of games that I wait to go on sale in their download store... just like Steam. If I really want something, maybe I'll buy it at launch, but that's rare.

I still do netflix bluray rentals. That's the only thing I use the ps4 optical drive for at this point. I'd give that up, if they'd let me download/stream newer movies at a reasonable price. Dealing with discs isn't appealing. Actually, I had to send my ps4 in for repair last week to fix the bluray drive...

Make sure that ps4 has plenty of ventilation.
