That seemed like a bug to me. So, I made a change that fixed it. It may have been like that for years. But, the change is at a higher level in the code that could affect other forms on the site. And, it's hard to tell what/where. So, maybe I broke something. But, it's back down to 1 search button on the forum search page (old layout).
