Well got halfway through The Last of Us AAAAAANNNNNNDDDDDDDDD IT'S GONE. The PS3 just up an quit on me. It's a launch 60gb so I guess I'm not surprised I was playing for like 2 hours straight. So now it's dead, game in the system still. Anyone know a good place to get it reballed these days? I've heard gophermods is alright but I've heard some polarizing things.

This will actually be my second reball on this system. Anyone got some tips at keeping this thing around longer or should I take it apart, get my game out of the drive and throw it off the balcony?

Seems to be a problem as of late - my launch ps3 died 3 weeks ago during a game of Skullgirls. I'm taking mine to Sony since it hasn't been tampered with by other people yet, though I'm going to lose everything on the harddrive as a result.

Yeah, unfortunately because I've reballed it once the seal is broken. I'm really trying to keep a 60gb around but boy does it seem like more hassle than it's worth...
