I'd honestly like to know why I'm getting negs on such an obvious steal. I'm not reselling it, if that's why the negs are getting posted. If it's because it's hannah montana, I don't blame you. I hate her too, I just like the color of the system, lol.

Eh. I don't resell everything. I can understand if it's because it's Hannah Montana branded, I hate her, but like the color of the system. Was a good deal, so I pounced on it. These go for upwards of 80-100 on eBay, even w/o the box.

Got home and did a bit more research on the Nintendo Powers I found today. I have issues #2, #3, #5, #6 and #7. All posters and subscriber inserts seem to be present, and they are all in reasonably good shape. I'm just kicking myself for not digging in the pile a bit more, I imagine a few others must have been in there somewhere. I know practically nothing about the old Nintendo Powers, so I didn't realize how early these particular ones were until I'd already left. Still super excited.

Also found a Yoshimura RS3 exhaust today for 6 bucks, I know nothing about motorcycles but these seem to be worth something. If anyone knows anything about this hit me up please!

I found a Conkers bad fur day Repro in my area I bought it apart of a bundle i didnt even look at it very well soo when i was testing each game i put in that conker and my N64 Power supply Automatically dies it was weird. So I thought my system had issues. So I put in another power supply i have and i try it again with conker and it shorts it out to! both power supplies are dead now. AVOID N64 REPROS some are just destructive if they dont make them right it would make one hell of a "dirty" prank cartridge though but i never experienced anything like that before i dont know what to do with the cart though

Really? I have.

N64 with no power. SNES with jacked up video output or no video output. Haven't bothered trying to fix those yet. I did fix a SNES with no power by replacing the fuse.

But yes, more often than not, those systems are just fine after a cleaning.

Throughout my years of collecting, buying, and selling I have come across exactly 1 cartridge based Nintendo console that I couldn't get to work. It was an NES which had what I am guessing was a dead power supply, but this was back in 2001 when you could easily buy them for under $5 with games (this one came with 65 to be exact), so sadly it got pitched. We're talking 20-25 systems across NES, SNES and N64. (All but a few have been given away or sold)

I've had much worse luck with Sega. Of the 3 Genesis models, I've had to pitch 3 of the 7 I've owned.

Sega does what Nintendon't (fail). (I blame Sega kids really though.)

Yeah, I sold a broken Game Gear for like $15. Then I sold the battery covers separately for like $5 each. Not bad for a busted system.

I sell broken laptops often. I take photos inside and out with my guesses of what you can salvage and what's broken with the stipulation that the buyer should consider it all broken technically. I had one person try and get a refund but eBay denied their claim since I described so much and listed it in the broken/for parts category.

I have a pile of xp era towers from a pallet auction that all need various parts. People get $200 each for these things on eBay by using the right keywords to advertise them to businesses that use programs that still run on xp, but I'm too lazy to fix them and my dad is getting annoyed at the amount of space they take up and wants them out of his house, I'm about to just put them on the curb but yeah if you don't mind sitting on piles of old computers for months to years it's good money, I paid approx $30 for the entire pile at auction

I didn't mean do it yourself. There's companies that will buy it if you have enough poundage. Otherwise just the bulk parts on eBay will sell. Just say gold scrap in the description. When it comes to eBay I only bulk scrap CPU's and ram though. Easier to ship.
