Testing out a thread for the sole purpose of retro trading and selling. RTT is getting a bit too cramped to have everything under one thread.
Hopefully it will be easier to browse and better visibility for sellers.

Who's On box is copied from RTT, if anyone else wants to be on the list, PM me.

Please keep discussions to a minimum, any inquiries please take it to PMs.

It'd help if picking up a Mega SD didn't mean either paying $200 or buying a huge lot that you have to parse out to reduce the price of the CD addon

I have no idea about the table itself/how it plays but if I ever got a table I'd need to love the theme so something like this would be on the short list.

Sweet, I love the star trek arcade game. One day i'll get me a table, but it would be hard to choose from just one. My top 3 might be:

Bride of Pinbot
Theatre of Magic

They did a Medieval Madness remake and having played both, I was impressed with the remake...the only problem is the cost...I remember when I was young and these things would NEVER go for more than $2,000. Now if you can find a late 80's - early 90's pin for that much it's a steal (in most cases).

These things aren't even like, grey market legal anyways, they're bootlegs. They're also not allowed on the website. bill doesn't want to attract the long arm of the law.

I think it's simpler than most people give it credit for. If it's not an original release/repurposed PCB (of the same deviation) it's a bootleg. Unless it's like, Battle Kid where the author of the game's licensed it out (or, sadly, those $100 SNES repros from Capcom/iam8bit), it ain't the deal. Even unreleased games without licenses are bootlegs.

Homebrew is just indie games. It's easy. Did the person who made the game own or license 100% of the IP to sell a game? Then it's cool!

Yeah - I resisted the HDMI bug a while back, but idk at this point I'm willing to be done with it if the picture quality is good. Eventually hoping to get a DC and N64 mod. I'll probably keep my GC component cables, but get that HDMI modded or an adapter at some point. Still a few systems I can't get off of RGB/Component though. Is there a reason to mod a DC? It supports HDMI natively. Though not for the SD only games iirc.
