Since last week's newsletter, I've made some changes to the way Canceled Trades work.
It turns out that there are many trades that get canceled for reasons that aren't a problem for anyone. Some changes have been made to allow for these canceled trade records to be removed, so that they will not clutter up the system and will not stigmatize users who may get them.
o When one of the traders in a trade cancels the trade, the other trader in the trade gets an email about it.
o The email explains that they can choose to delete the canceled trade record if they have no problem with it being canceled.
o If they do have a problem, they can add a response to the record. This is their chance to gripe about the other trader backing out.
o If no response is made after 3 days, the canceled trade record is removed automatically.
Most canceled trades will now be removed. Only the canceled trade where there was a problem will be kept. |
