Due to the problem of several repeat offenders continually coming back after being restricted, only to get restricted again; restriction penalties have been changed to be harsher.
o Restrictions are no longer limited to 7 days, there is no longer a limit.
o The number of days a restriction lasts now accelerates as a user gets more. The Fibonacci sequence is used, which means the number of days goes like this: 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34,55,89,etc... the next number in the sequence is equal to the sum of the previous 2 numbers.
In an effort to be fair, as this is a significant change in the way the moderation system works, I've deleted all record of restrictions that happened before October 1st.
