Looking for COD4:MW 360 Manual, and possibly Cover Art. Buy or Trade!

Well I just stumbled upon a Disc only copy of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Game of the Year Edition for 360. I borrowed a friends cover art scanned it and printed it nicely on photo paper, so I'm not really looking for the CA anymore unless someones willing to part with that for cheap. I'm mostly looking for the manual. I'm not sure if there is a difference between the manual for the original and GOTY edition. If there is I'd like the GOTY one, if not then I don't really care. I'd prefer to trade for it, but if the price is right I'll buy it. Please send me an offer!
