I want Turning Point and Viking, but sending first would not be an option. If you are willing to send first I would gladly buy both of these games from you. Payment would be sent as soon as games arrive.

Well thats kinda how the site works bro. Higher feedback generally gets the item before payment is sent. Its your choice if you dont want to but dont get annoyed when you have a bunch of other guys ask you to send first.

Well, it "sorta" works that way, for NEW users. I wouldn't even CONSIDER sending first to bichasant (I still think my feedback is high enough that I should NEVER sent first). But he has a silver star, so he's really not new anymore and technically has the right to ask for payment first.

I doubt anyone over a gold will agree to doing this, but I suppose it's his right.

Also his right to refuse to send to Canada.... too bad cause I probably would've bought a couple off him *frown*

Although the TC does say "feel free to ask questions", so I guess I could ask if he'll send to Canada. But seeing the way he ripped Johnny Sack a new one... I think I'll leave it be.

I have to agree with Admiral, I highly dout that a multi gold star trader would rip you off. We have our repatation on the line and you don't get to where we are by ripping people off. But it's your call. I do think you would have more action if you took that down and start making some money.

For the record, I most certainly did not mean to "rip" Johnny Sack a new one, and it wasn't my intention to question anybody's reputation, I've just seen plenty of pages with people's rules where they state that when cash is involved, it's sent first, along with plenty of sale posts stating the same.
Like Admiral said, I figured I had the right to do the same without having people jump on my @$$ for it, so for what it's worth, I'd like to apologize to Johnny Sack.

It is indeed your "right" to ask, since you are certainly not a NOOB. *smile* But, don't be surprised to have people turn you down *wink*

Good luck with your trades!

I'd like to get Viking but I'd have to request that you send first. If that's okay send me the offer. If not, thanks anyhow.

I will NEVER understand why people seem to hold cash payments as somehow different than trades. Cash is a store of value...nothing more. On this site, the primary function of games is, once again, as a store of value. If we boil it down to that, I don't see the difference.

What I would understand is if, say, both sides were planning to send at the same time and the buyer was paying with Paypal. Then naturally, even if they send at the same time, the payment would get there first by far. I find any other circumstance odd...particularly where somebody's reasoning is "I need money to ship". That's silly unless you're sending a big old box. and literally have no other money...in which case gaming shouldn't really be a priority anyway.

Sorry for the rant. It's just weird.
