Shipping on a DS game to Canada shouldn't be more than $3-4. Really reasonable.

It really isn't...any standard DVD/CD based game (or even DS games) shipped in a bubble mailer will cost about the same as sending it anywhere in the US. This changes when you get into accessories and consoles, however.
