bump for the night, and here I will explain myself for those people who think this is a bad deal.
1. On ebay, prices are higher, why? Probably, because the buyer are trying to make a profit for those to lazy to walk and buy a card from Gamestop or some place. There will be auctions for PSN cards here and there, but there are few, and reaches around the $18-$20 prce range. Also, sometimes the buyer will want to ship the card, just to be safe and will cost you more.
2. If you buy it from a store online like Gamestop/Walmart, then the usual case is you got to pay shipping, so you will end up paying $23.

1. This isn't eBay (You also have to pay fees there)
2. It's pointless to buy a PSN card online from both Gamestop and Walmart. These stores (plus PSN) don't accept Paypal, so if you are paying with a CC, might as well buy your points directly from PSN...
3. I'm sure someone would buy it if you were offering it for $15 or so
Edit: I guess Walmart accepts Paypal now, kind of pointless since there is a Walmart in everyone's neighborhood by now

1. This isn't ebay, you are correct, but people try to make money off of of the PSN cards, so people charge more. The fees on ebay are less then a $1, and if they were doing it out of kindness, it would only be $21 to send the code by a message. Instead, they charge $23 -$26 to make a couple of bucks.
2. Sometimes people don't want to put their CC on PSN if they gameshare or just don't feel safe doing it. Also PSN is weird at times and won't accept some debit card and that is all you used for personal reason.
3. Someone would jump on it for $15, but I am not desperate. | ZeldaCubeGamer

Nothing wrong with spending $18 for $20 worth of PSN money IMO. Sometimes I have one of these listed as "available" & it is never intended to be sold or traded for less than what I payed for it.
bman' I'm considering taking you up on this offer, but I have to figure something out first. I'll send you an official offer if I decide to bite. | sav2880

Guys, this is totally on par with how it is whenever there are sales for XBox Live points around here. His deal is decent, if you want it, cool. If not, carry on. It's a 10% savings.
