Way to crap on the new guy, Minty. Maybe he did his pricing via EB, maybe he didn't look them up on ebay's completed search. Maybe he's * new *. Oh wait, HE IS.

Instead of crapting all over his sale, maybe you could direct him to http://www.videogamepricecharts.com/ where it may help him with his pricing.

Bottom line is if you don't like the price, don't buy it. You're treating him like he's out to rob everyone when chances are, he just doesn't know what people on this site pay for these titles. On top of that, it's OBO, so his prices aren't set in stone.

When people act like you just did it makes me want to leave this place even more.

Welcome, locus! If you need any assistance, feel free to send me a PM. Good luck with your sale!

well I was one of those 70+

and actually it appears he checked his prices with amazon ( a site many of us judge prices on here) only problem is most of us base off list price where on a few his price is close to the shipped price but there are also some where he is below list price and guessing in better condition as a lot of times losted price on amazon is acceptable condition or not complete / disc only.... I dont feel any of his prices are that bad or way overpriced as you make it sound while you maybe able to find a better deal here or there that is the case with any listing someone post and as mentioned by frank he said OBO as mentioned above if your interested in something and dont like the price throw out an offer....I really hate when people slam others on there prices because a lot of times it cause them to just post on console and not list prices...which in turn results in more haggling in the end if you know up front a ball park of how much they are looking to get you got somewhere to start or know right off the bat that you should just keep moving.

just my 2cents

You mean the other 70 GTZers who didn't feel like buying and moved on with their lives instead of attacking his prices?

I sold the infamous for $30 local. NFS Shift for $35 local. The rest i will put it up on ebay later. I don't know what price you guys are looking for. How about $15 dollar each ? This is my cost. I bought the game in bulk. My cost is from $10 to $15. Yes, i got my NFS Shift for $15 and sell it for $35. But selling online has some cost like paypal fee and shipping fee.

Don't listen to that second poster anyway. There's always room to make money when you're buying solely to do so.

I recommend VideoGamePriceCharts.com to get the best median value for items.

Send out the game first and get paid later ? Are you kidding me ? I never heard of this kind of business model. Even you are first day registered as ebay seller, you got to have to receive payment before you ship.

That's not how it works here.

I take back my defense of you if you read the trader's oath signing up but choose to ignore it blatantly.

locus, you need to understand that this isn't ebay, amazon or craigslist..

Think about it from a "customer's" perspective. You have no reputation here (nor do I for that matter), you are asking someone to send you cash first.

Would you do it?

I wouldn't/won't.

As a new user, I understand the rules of the road here and fully intend on sending first and, until I get my star, will be trading with / purchasing from gold star traders only.

Kianta,
Amazon will collect the payment on your behalf. Paypal has buyer protection policy which require seller provide proof of shipment. There is no middle man here.

I know this is not ebay or amazon or craigslist. So are you willing to send out the games first and take all the risk by yourself ?

As I've said earlier, yes.

But, for now, only to gold star traders.

locus - there's virtually no risk if you sell to the right people. Just aim for people with very high ratings. Lots of stars. These are the people you can trust sending first to.
