So, as you can see, I'm about half way to a full game collection at this point. I'm in no rush, so please no crazy offers to a man you think is desperate to have every Dreamcast game by the end of the week!
Every game I am "missing" at this point is on my Wanted List, so you'd want to go there first. As that list gets smaller, I'll move it to this topic so you can see anything that's "missing" right here. Also, I'm only looking for complete versions in at least very good condition. Not concerned about normal wear on the disc/manual/case, but I don't want any discs with true scratches in them, manuals that are warped or ripped... cases aren't a huge deal, since they can be replaced, but the inlay artwork needs to be in very good condition, please.
Anyway, I'm willing to trade or buy right now, but I'm (obviously) looking for fair trades or decent prices. Let the completing begin!

I would like to help. I have a Chef's Love Shack and a NFL 2k1 that i would love to get rid of. I'd take GT2 and maybe something else for ps1 of low value.
Also, I could help you get alot probably. I have a local game store around me that sells dreamcast games. If you're having trouble finding something i could look there for you.

I have AFO minus the mic but you don't need it anyway. I also have a local store that sells DC games. I was just there the other day and they had about 15 - 20. Can't remember all but I know they had MSR, test drive lemans, looney tunes space race, centipede, qbert, Flag to flag, donald duck goin' quackers, sonic adventure, one of the tomb raiders, and several 2k sports games. I can check on them again if you are interested in amy of those.

I think I may be getting SP: CLS in another trade. Would you like to do GT2 straight up for NFL 2K1?
Also, I'll keep you (and your store) in mind. Right now, just trying to see how much of the collection I can get from trades. Thanks.

I'm interested in all of them, so long as they're complete/very good. If you want to check and see how much they'd cost, and then try to work out a trade with me, I'd be happy to work with you on that. Let me know. Thanks.

I love to see people going after the same goal as myself. I'm looking to do the same thing so let me know if you come across any doubles and I'll do the same, maybe we can work out some deals and crap amongst ourselves like DC game for DC game or something. Right now I don't have any doubles of games but I've always got my eye out.

I'm sort of embarrassed to say... only 22. But I thought it might be fun to chronicle the collecting process in a topic, so that's why I started the topic now rather than when I had less than 50 to go. |

I like the idea, where did you get that graph? Don't be embarassed, I'm right around that number too. But I do have some "bigger" titles I guess you can say. Nothing too big but you understand. Definitely a good idea. I have a hard copy of a checklist that I keep in a binder and I go through and mark off all the games I get on all the different systems. It just works easier for me since I"m only really on the computer at work.
PS You gotta start somewhere. When I first got my dreamcast I bought the system and games off ebay. Trust me it hasn't grown much since then aside from a couple I picked up at PnT and a few I picked up here. I do have house of the dead 2 coming with a light gun though, so it's one more.

I keep track of all my games in a spreadsheet program called Numbers (it's like Excel, but made by Apple for Macs). The graph is from my list in there, just a screen capture. I think you can keep a spreadsheet listing of your games, graphs and all for free on Google Docs.

Dreamcast IMO is a really good system for friends. Soul Calibur and Sonic 2 are the crap despite how nerdy it sounds, I spent like two hours straight playing that fudging hunting game a few years ago with some kid. |

I dug through my Dreamcast in the closet, and came up with these completes:
Grand Theft Auto 2 -- has map and registration card.
ECW: Hardcore Revolution
Evolution: The World of Sacred Device - has some wear on the disc
SEGA Bass Fishing - Sega All-Stars Version.
LMK if you need any

I don't think anyone can beat my record (except for the guy that bought my complete US DC collection on ebay 2 years ago).....took me 3 months from scratch.
In the end I regretted going for a complete collection since there are a lot of crap titles like Dalmations 101 which I never played. |

Eh, this may be the case but I think it'd be pretty cool to look at it and be like "there's every game released in the US for one system." I don't know maybe I"m just weird though.

its practically brand new and even has the outer cardboard box. I just don't have the mic anymore because I sold it with seaman a long time ago. Its not good for anything with AFO anyway though since the servers are down and you can only play offline. I'll let you know about the others asap but it ay be this weekend before I can get back by there.
