i need to get a new power adapter for my dell inspiron 1720. part 310-7699. Dell wants 70 bucks. i see plenty on ebay for $20 or so... can i trust these?
is there a trusted non-dell site for this sort of thing? sort of like monoprice.com is for cables? |

I use ebay honestly, just make sure its the same model, and check the voltage. Also, I try to buy from USA sellers. |

it's starting to rip apart right at the part that connects to the computer. the wire is fully split. i have it 'splinted' right now with some small rods (to keep it straight) and electrical tape to keep it from getting any worse, but i'm sure it will any way. the black casing is split pretty bad, though the wires inside still work - nothing is pulled loose from the part that connects to the computer, yet. |
