I'd post pics of my collection, but it's not very impressive looking. Just a lot of black DVD cases with labels that have three digit numbers on them. I store all my cases in boxes and put them in one of the closets in my house.
This way, I can see exactly what I'm missing when someone borrows something, numerically. Much harder to keep track of 500 DVD's when it's title only.

You might have been joking, but I just ordered the kit and $70 worth of 'refills'. This is going to be very efficient.
I might add I currently use the program MovieFront to keep track of what movie is what number and who's borrowing it. That requires the person to use the program, though, which not all my friends do.

I think I only have like 40 DVD...
I don't buy them because I rarely watch them more than once.

I have about 4 or 5 dvds to my name.
And yeah, it seems like a waste to me (this goes for anything
most other people collect in the media department); why hang
onto something I'm going to rarely view/play/listen to, etc. as
the media fits.

Not gonna post pics since it would be way unimpressive, but my collection of DVD's is like at 48 or something I think. Hopefully someday it will reach greatness. As for games, I only have like 5 ps2 games and a couple of GBA games.

Oh no, I was serious. We used to sell them at my old job, I always thought about getting the music ones, but to cover 1200+ CDs it would've been too much.

That is awesome. If I wasn't so stingy with my collection, I'd get some of those. Growing up an only child, I have a very hard time letting people borrow my stuff.
I'm gonna try to take a more recent picture of my movie collection. Its been awhile.
