The game is called goal line blitz, and its an MMORPG football sim where you make your player and set his stats and he levels up and gains more skill points to make yourself better and its completely free. Ive been playing for about a month now and Im hooked, lol. I signed up under your link. I joined one of the computer teams though. I'm a DT since they were the highest in demand.

Sweet. Signing with one of those teams should help you level up pretty fast since theres fewer players. But when your in need of a team let me know, I know one of my teams is in dire need of a backup DE. |

Oh, and do you have to show up on the day to actually play in the game? Or is it all just computerized?

You could, but likly no. That decision is often times left up to coaches/GMs and a player out of position dulls down your skills and atributes. Oh and it is all computer sim, so no you do not need to be there at game time. |

Put a lot of points into speed. By the time you reach level 15 you should have about 50 speed. Also stay away from special abilities until you reach about level 8.
Oh and for some reason the game is down today, hopefully it will be back soon. |

What Im thinking is that my account got banned or something because I got so many referrals today. :( I think they may think I was trying to cheat or something, by me making new accounts so if one of you could post in the forum about this, it would be greatly appreciated. Also, maybe post a link to this thread.
All of today Ive been getting a message about scheduled maintinance, and come back later, but when I go behind a proxy and then this it takes me to the home page fine. |

Would you recommend spending the extra flex points to gain a quick level? Or should I hold onto them and do it later? I could also create another player or two if it's not worth using on a level.

Hey thanks Pete, all fixed thanks to you.
Also to anyone that just created a player:
I just took over as a GM for a team and one of my teammates from the Sydney Sharks is the new HC. So basically the team is under new management and it needs a bit of work. Right now the team is at 2-9 and extremely shallow. What this means is that we are looking for a lot of new players to sign, right now most of you would probably be the first backup, but will still get 30 plus plays a game so leveling up should go pretty quick. Also, some of you may be able to take over as starters next season after leveling up a bit. Like I said this team is in pretty poor shape and rebuilding this season but myself and the new HC come from winning teams and are determined to have our team end up the same way.
So if anyone is interested in getting your player off the CPU teams let me know.
Oh and if you want more players you should do that, but spending the FP's on "boosting" will help your player become much better and you'll have more skill points to spend. So its really more choice basically quantity or quality. I personally just boosted my first player.
