Going to my cousins where there's always a ton of free beer, food, and a crapload of fireworks to hurt people with. A few years back a guy lost half of his arm, I can only hope this year it's my stepsister.

its my moms birthday! yay i get to take her out for dinner.
then hopefully get drunk on the delta where i can see 5 diff firework shows at the same time..pretty awesome..but 4th of july just aint what it used to be

I agree. The economy is bad and it's too much to drive and not just today but the whole summer sucks because everything is so fudging expensive. |

But see, what happened was Tnutty implied that EVERYTHING will AUTOMATICALLY improve with the ending of Bush's presidency. The sarcasm stemmed from that. Nobody was talking about Obama and what would happen if he were to win in November. You just appeared from nowhere out of left field. It just doesn't work like that.

Do you understand what your are criticizing and now what you are replying to?
When normal people talk about "_ in office" they are speaking of the president. When I refer to the Gov. of Ohio, I say it as such or for anyone else that seeks public office. When you leave out the public position an individual holds and only refer to it as "office" that really only leaves the highest office in the nation in question, the president.
This is called common sense albeit in short supply apparently.... |
