These guys have (or had) one or two on their site. They have quality goods and a wide range of prices. My last purchase was a mantle clock. It was a quality piece. Good price. Fast shipping. Packed very well and the recipient really likes it.

If I had an hourglass, I would time everything I did. I would eat my meals...against the sands of time.

My orthodontist gave me a tiny hour glass with pink sand to use to make sure I brush my teeth long enough. But it's way less cool then these.

That sounds like a three minute glass, not an hour glass

Are you feeling OK? There's no exclamation point in this sentence!

Did you guys check out the site in the last post I made? Wow. That man does really nice work. I've wanted to buy a nice hourglass for awhile. The only decent ones I have ever been able to find have had too much of a masculine look to them. Wish I could afford some of that guys custom work. |

Lots and lots of things. You should know that by now.
I like unusual glass, art glass and similar things. I see the hourglass as "similar things." I used to have quite a large collection of unusual pieces. |

Yes, but you'll note that my next post made up for it with the mighty " ". I feel I should make an exclamation in this post - you've pressured me so - but I will resist out of spite. (You don't know how hard it was for me to not use an exclamation point in my last sentence.)

On the day of my high school grad I got an hourglass filled with iron ore and made of peweter (sp?). It was absolutely goregous, but it got hooked on my dress when I was getting out of the car I was riding in, and it fell from the car and shattered. It was so lovely, and I still get a little sad thinking about it (lol, I know. Loser muchly).
