Great if you're a Cavs fan.... but Shaq's become the ultimate bandwagon teammate. As soon as things look slightly less than amazing, Shaq is ready to leave.

Great trade especially if CLE and ORL face off; since Shaq chirps about Howard ALL the time...would make for a great series
Less pressure on Lebron
It's a win for CLE if Shaq is healthy for the playoffs
At times,I hate to practice, but I love to play.I know I need to study and I know I need to practice and I know how important it is.That doesn't mean I have to like it. The question I have to ask myself is am I willing to do that? And the answer is yes |

shaq is washed up.
a healthy celtics squad can whip the cavs easily.
same with the magic... magic just need to find some more big men and retain Hedo.

How in the world is he 'washed up'?
Granted, he isn't his 25 year old self, but last year
60 %FG
18ppg
8.4rpg
1.7 ast
1.4 blk
Last year he played like he did in 06, 07-08 was a trade year and there was some struggles
He should be able to keep his career 60% fg, 15ppg, 8+rpg, 1.5ast, 1.5blks, easily
Yeah, I would hate to have him /golfclap
Edit: last year meaning this past year

We all get it, you love swinging from the Celtics testicles. But realistically with KG being 33 and coming off a season ending injury and with them trying to trade arguably the best player on the team in Rondo the Celtics will be lucky to make the playoffs this year.

actually you don't get it because i'm not a celtics fan. LOL..
nice try though. I dislike the celtics almost as much as the Lakers.
I'm a Knicks and Magic fan.. thanks though, appreciate the attempt at the insults, but you took a L.
i was just speaking the truth that a healthy KG and the Celtics can whip the Cavs with Shaq anyday.

lol spurs suck.
The magic needed to get rid of Rafer regardless... Batties' contract was ending soon, so that was around 6.5mil they freed up.. im only disappointed with Lee... :( that was my boy right there, Thought he was gonna be doin big things.
as for Vince... its gonna be hard to fit him in there, but I can see him, Rashard and Dwight doing big things.
just very disappointed in the moves the Knicks made.. they didnt even get Stephen Curry. ..got rid of Q-Richardson and obtained Darko Milicic.. -_-

Considering how well the Spurs played this past season with Ginobli missing almost half the season, the Spurs should be at the top of the NBA next year. With a healthy Ginobli and Duncan (if they can stay healthy) they'll have quite the foursome.

Spurs have been my team since David Robinson days
Coincidentally, sticking with Texas, the Dallas Stars are my fav hockey team with Modano being my fav player; Morrow is up there with him for me, easily a top 10 player for what he brings

I mean.. I made this comment before they got Blair. Does anyone even know what Blair can do even at 50%? At best, he's a poor man's Charles Barkley. At worst, he is Reggie Evans with offensive put-back skill.
You add that with everything else..
GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEZ.
Cleveland vs. San Antonio
Spurs win in 6 and Lebron walks away from the team disgusted and a free agent.

^^ Choose.
No team can repeat anymore. A repeat dynasty is a thing of the past.
Boston should come back strong.. they could probably take Cleveland again. I think the Magic will be some giant circus show. They didn't need more offense -- they needed someone to pair with Howard for defense. You can't shoot 40 3's a game and expect to win when a team can drive on you and you only have D-How underneath. Lewis doesn't play defense. Turk was always at the top of the key.

What does what might happen in the East have to do with your argument that no team can repeat? Nor does it have any argument whatsoever on whether the Lakers can repeat. Even if the Lakers don't repeat, the Spurs still have to get through to them to get to the Finals, which they won't do IMO. I still don't think they'll make it to the Conference Finals, but I don't have enough confidence to bet on that. I'd gladly accept your bet of the Spurs vs the Rest of the Field though.
