Much as I hate them (Mariners fan), the Angels are real good at keeping a solid team together. |

I don't see how one title this decade can make them the number one team. The Angels are a really good team but I think that the Red Sox, Patriots, Steelers, or Red Wings should be higher than them. And yes I might be a little biased as a Boston fan but there's no denying that the Sox and Patriots have been the best teams this decade in their sports. |

its not based on titles. look at the different catagories that they are ranked in....its not just about money and titles.
and you are defiantely more than a little biased. as most fans from new england area are. |

Agreed, it is more than titles. But all of those teams probably rank high in the other categories as well. And how am I more than I little biased? If you noticed I also mentioned the Red Wings and Steelers, and I hate the Steelers. |

Here is rankings for teams you mentioned.
RNK BNG FRL OWN AFF STX PLA CCH TTR
3. Pittsburgh Steelers 3 9 14 2 36 26 2 4 4
4. Detroit Red Wings 4 10 1 1 57 82 3 6 1
19. New England Patriots 19 41 20 28 96 33 7 1 6
58. Boston Red Sox 58 109 29 13 116 29 22 15 6
Boston fans are always a little more biased when it has anything to do with the Angels. they just dont get along. either do their fans. |

sorry, but I wouldn't say that the Sox have been so good that they are without a doubt the best team of this decade. |

I'm shocked the Jags were 62nd overall. I thought they'd be much lower going into it. Lakers at 51 were a lot lower than I thought they'd be (7 in coaching while the Spurs get a 1? You serious?), and the Braves 27 were quite a bit higher than I expected.

It's true that they haven't been a dynasty but they are the only team to win multiple World Series this decade and they consistently put together playoff teams every year. |

This rating is a yearly thing. not a decade thing. |

Sort of. The 'Title Track' is based off of previous titles and future titles in current fan's lifetimes. With that said though, obviously that is just a portion of the rankings. The Sox are 6th in that category, while the Angels and Cardinals are 1 (which is a little odd to me IMO.

Cards have won it a bunch of times in the past and they have Pujols, and I guess they expect the Angels to win a lot in the future or something. |

Just weird they hold the Cardinals eleven titles way above the Sox's seven, but it doesn't matter than the Angels only have one. Not trying to argue that the Red Sox should be the number one team, or that the Angels shouldn't be number one, but in terms of the 'Title Track' portion, I'd definitely put the Red Sox over the Angels in terms of past and future titles.
